The Romantic Love Nest "Fontanina", as a part of a Country House in Tuscany at Borgo Santa Maria in Valle in Laterina , can host from 2 up to 3 people (and eventually 4 with the sofa bed). It is suitable for families or little groups of friends who have a car and want to visit the amazing and wonderful Tuscany (near Arezzo and Fattoria La Vialla) and live an authentic Tuscan experience.
The apartment is restored in original Tuscan country style. It is part of “Borgo Santa Maria in Valle” Holiday House in Laterina - Arezzo Area - Tuscany, an old farm house which has been recently restored and renovated and which has 4 apartments each one with its own entrance.
The villa is located in a very relaxing and peaceful area surrounded by Tuscan countryside; it has its own garden with an outdoor swimming pool where our guests can relax during their summer holidays.

PRICE, SERVICES:
The apartment is nice and relaxing. We are very attentive to the needs of our customers and available to provide all the necessary information so that you can better organize your holiday. All with a good quality / price ratio.
All our guests will find a nice welcome gift upon their arrival.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: Water, Electricity, Wifi, Bed linen and towels (changed once a week), final cleaning costs (to be carried out after departure) and LPG consumption
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Pool towels available on request (€ 5 / towel).
- Tourist tax (from 1 € to 1.5 € / person / night for the first 4 nights) to be paid in cash at check-out.
EXTERIORS
The apartment has a small private garden and outside there is a common garden with flowers, barbecue, tables, chairs and umbrellas where you can relax and admire the stars during the beautiful evenings of the Tuscan countryside. Our holiday home also has an outdoor pool with umbrellas and subdes where our guests can relax and refresh themselves during the summer holidays.
